Q: How do I reserve a party ?

Q: What is the best thing for parents about using your services?

A: The Animals and outfits we provide serve both as "party favors" for the young guests and something to remember the party by for years after. Remember, we bring the party to you! You supply the cake, decorations and presents etc. etc. and we provide the main event and do it all for you! You can participate if you would like. The fact is most birthday parties are 2-3 hours long. During our Stuffed Bear Party we do the entertaining of the children for 1 - 2 hours with Animal Stuffing / Creating depending on how many at the party! We keep the children occupied during the party while you can relax and mingle with other adults or join in on the fun. Your hands are free to take pictures and movies of your child's party while we do all the work. No need to go out and build party favor bags or get small gifts our party does all that for you easy and simple! 

Q: How is the quality of the animals and dolls and how safe are they?

A: The quality of the animals and dolls we use are top quality! (Same with the outfits) They will last for years, and after the heart, wishing star, sound module etc. etc are put inside and the animal or doll is filled with stuffing! The animals and dolls have a one time zipper and string to cut off so no one will be able to open it, so kids can't eat the stuffing or choke on the materials and objects inside. 

Q: How does your animals and outfits compare to Build a Bear®?

A: Our Animals (larger 15" ones) are the same size and quality as Build a Bear®! Our outfits also fit the Build a Bear® animals and vice versa. We have far more selection than Build a Bear® has in their stores. (Over 50 different animals to choose from and over 100 different outfits) Our parties are much cheaper than going to Build a Bear® and far more convenient and less risky than traveling with many children to Build a Bear®!

Q: How many animals and outfits do you bring to the party?

A: We try to bring roughly 6-12 of each animal and outfit we carry. (About 50 different animals and over 50 different outfits in 15" size) We always keep a full stock of all products on hand at all times. We have a quick filing system inside our Stuffed Bear Party enclosed trailer for all the animals and outfits to be safely & cleanly stored. Our custom rack system holds many of each of the 50+ outfits we carry which easily sets up in the house, garage, porch etc. etc. and doesn't take up much space. Each child will grab their animal and outfit  (and any accessories if ordered) and then move to the stuffing machine for stuffing.  

Q: You use to have a "craft option" what happened to it?

A: The craft option was on a trial basis with us.  Due to unpopular demand we have removed the craft option from our party package options.

Q: Where is the best place to have a party in a home?

A: Most customers find it easier to have us set up our animals & outfits display racks in their garage or patio area but inside the house is a great idea too. Each house is different of course. The custom rack system does not take up too much room.  The stuffing machine is usually placed in the house in the party area where their animals are stuffed and dressed. The children are able to walk around the display racks choosing their animal and outfit more freely this way.

Popular Party Routine Example:
1). We arrive a half hour before the party begins and the guests arrive to set up.
2). We usually set up the display rack in the garage, house or on patio out of the party's events way.
3). We set up the stuffing machine in the party event area (living room, etc.).
4). When the party is ready to begin... We bring the guests to the display racks and let the guests begin to choose their animals and outfits.
5). Once all the guests have picked from our large selection of animals and outfits. The guests will then move to where the stuffing machine is located.
6). The guests then stand in line with their un-stuffed animals and are handed a wishing star, X or O to insert into their animal to be stuffed. (while the stuffing is going 2 of our 4 staff members will start quietly moving the display racks out of the party's way loading it up in the trailer).
7). Once the animals are stuffed one by one, the guests then have a great time dressing and grooming their animals.

8). Once the animals are all dressed. The host usually gathers all the guests with their new animals together for pictures while we quietly wheel out the stuffing machine to the trailer and the Stuffed Bear Party Staff quietly leaves the party so the host can take over the party from there to do the normal party events in store. (cake, games, presents etc. etc).
    

Q: Do you service parties located outside your main location in Brentwood?

A: Yes we travel to and service most of the East Bay. From Pleasanton to Tracy. From Dublin to Concord.
     And of course Brentwood, Oakley, Antioch, Discovery Bay and Byron. All around Mt. Diablo.

Q: What is the minimum number of children you require for a party?

A: We require a minimum of 6 children if the party is located within 10 miles radius of the city of Brentwood!
     Outside the 10 mile area we require larger parties of 12 or more.

Q: Is there a delivery / setup fee for the party?

A: We do charge a fuel / travel charge for parties outside a 10 mile radius of the City of Brentwood.  This charge is for both going and coming from the party event! Call us for fuel prices.

Q: Is there a pre-payment at the time of bookings?

A: Yes, we require a $50 deposit (minimum) to be returned with the contract we mail you to book your time and date. 

Q: What if I cancel my appointment?

A: We realize that last minute changes happen. Especially when booking a party in advance.
    We require a minimum of 8 days right to cancel before the booked party date to receive your deposit back!
     If the party is canceled within the 8 day period, your deposit is not transferable nor refundable. See Terms and Conditions page.

Q: Is there a discount for larger parties or return customers?

A: Yes we do offer discounts for larger parties 25 or more and for return customers. It all depends on the package ordered.

A: A fee of $30.00 is due for any payment returned for non-sufficient funds.
